i have yet to miss a teen mom 2 episode but i must say here lately almost all of the girls are irritating me.
joanna pointed out that we were that age once as well and that maybe i was being overly cynical and harsh but seriously?!
i have to say that kailyn is selfish, inconsiderate and totally rude. i think she has been given so much by jo's family and that they have carried her through and made her feel like she belonged in that family, supported her and stuck up for her. it's literally like watching her stab them in their backs. i wish i could strangle her!
jenelle has shown how truly depressed and lonely and insecure she truly is over the past few episodes and my view on her has changed slightly. yeah, i think she makes a lot of dumb choices and runs her mouth when she shouldn't, but to never hear that you're worth something, that you're loved in any way... well, i kinda see why she is the way she is.
leah and corey still get me. their redneck family photo is hilarious. they just make me smile. ahh! young love.
i could also slap chelsea. she chose adam over her best friend and her dad, instead of being like, "chelsea, you shouldn't choose adam over megan." was like," no, no, no chelsea, you made a good decision." wth was he thinking? honestly, chelsea has everyone pretty much do everything for her besides wipe her ass and you can see how much it's hurting her. i agree with chelsea's dad on one area- adam. he's a total opportunist and saw an opportunity to live away from home for free and jumped on it. he's lazy, she's lazy and i think they both should strive for something. chelsea is spoiled and i don't feel bad for her when she cries over adam. she let her best friend walk right out of her life for someone who isn't worth a dog's poop and she wanted to be validated for her actions. really? chelsea needs a dose of growing up. i feel bad for aubree because she is such a sweet child but her mother is lazy and absolutely spoiled.

We totally think Adam is just hanging in there for the MTV money and then he is going to split. He's just trying to ride things out until that paycheck comes in. . .
ReplyDeleteI love Leah and Corey. They are the only ones whose difficulties are not of their own making, but they really seem to be trying their hardest. It helps that they have supportive families.
I agree on Kailyn. It's all going to blow up in her face. . . And she really will have no one to blame but herself. She does have some hard circumstances, but she only makes them harder with her poor choices.
Jenelle, Jenelle. I don't know what to say about her. I have a hard time feeling badly for her, but I still do. That is just a terrible mess with no possibility for a happy ending. So unfortunate. . .

Oh Teen Moms. . . I agree with Joanna- hopefully with time they will mature. Also that fat MTV paycheck at the end of the season might help some of their troubles.
sarah, i totally agree with you on adam. i forget that they get a big fat 5,000 per episode and that includes the dead beat dads. adam is so lame and i can't believe chelsea is that dumb(or blind) to the fact that adam is just using her and her situation to skate through life. he's pathetic.
ReplyDeleteright now though, kailyn is the most frustrating. it is going to blow up in her face and it will be of her own making. jo's parents, his brother, their whole family has been there for her when she had nothing and no one and she turns around and acts like she's entitled to behave in such a manner because jo might not always say the nicest things or act the way she wants him to. kailyn, in my opinion is acting like her mom(when her mom acted crazy in 16 & pregnant). she does have a lot of growing up to do but honestly, she knows exactly what she's doing, the consequences and she just doesn't care. i can't believe the total lack of respect for jo's mom! after all she's done for kailyn. it makes me so angry to see her sneak off to be with that stupid kid and lie, lie, lie.
i agree with you on jenelle, too. jenelle more than anything is sad. i hate watching her try so hard. her mom really doesn't give her any praise or credit and jenelle really does fall for losers. her boyfriend is a loser and it hurt to watch jenelle's mom cry over it. she loves jenelle, she doesn't show or say it in the right ways. jenelle just has no self esteem. if she did she would not be with a guy like keifer.
